About the GE RTT Desktop Test Set

The GE RTT Desktop Test Set's primary function is to replicate input conditions to the attached relay to help test electronic relays. There is a single phase supply on this device which are labeled as amperes and volts, these two functions are adjustable and can be done through the rotary knobs. This model is best used with modern digital relays that have a low burden voltage and current input along with low consumption digital inputs. 

One key feature of the GE RTT Desktop Test Set is that it is self-powered from the mains of the device and can operate at a Hertz frequency range of fifty or sixty as well as all of the standard voltages ranges of alternating currents one hundred and ten, one hundred and twenty, two hundred and thirty, and two hundred and forty. 

Nine digital inputs are used for a dry contact connection as well as six Form-C output relays. When the GE RTT Desktop Test Set is being used with an SR469 model it can model up to twelve RTD inputs. Please note that the RTD is field programmable as either a 100 Nickel, Platinum, or 120 Nickel three-wire type RTD. 

This model can be used with several different relays, which include the 469 Motor Management Relays, the UR Series Relays, the SR750/760 Feeder Management Relays, the SR735/737 Feeder Protection Relays, the SR489 Generator Management Relay, and more.
